With continuous business expansion and increasing production complexity, the company’s original line-side warehouse system could no longer support efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, or flexible multi-SKU management. To optimize warehouse operations and improve production coordination, VICTOR MACHINERY partnered with ZIKOO Intelligent to develop a customized Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) tailored for intelligent line-side warehousing applications.
The previous flat floor storage model relied heavily on manual operations and failed to fully utilize vertical warehouse space, resulting in low storage density and limited scalability.
Manual handling and storage of multiple material categories increased operational complexity, resulting in higher error rates and inefficient inventory counting processes.
The long transportation distance between storage zones and production lines created excessive manual handling requirements, reducing operational efficiency and increasing labor intensity.

High-Density Automatic 3D Warehouse
The project adopted an 18-meter-high racking structure to maximize vertical warehouse utilization. Compared with the previous warehouse model, overall storage capacity increased by more than three times, significantly improving warehouse space efficiency.
Flexible Four-Way Shuttle Operations
The Four-Way Shuttle system enables intelligent multi-directional movement within the racking structure. Coordinated with vertical elevators, the system supports precise and flexible handling of complex multi-SKU inventory.
